Disappointing as we did not even receive a partial refund for the pool that did not work. When we arrived for check-in, it was communicated that the pool had been painted and the paint had not dried. We therefore could not use the pool facility. We did not receive any partial refund to compensate for the pool which was not working. There was also no one to check us out.

Thank you for your feedback. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the guest experience, we recently upgraded the pool area. Unfortunately, due to recent rainfall, the paint did not dry in time—as you rightly pointed out. To help make up for the inconvenience, we also included a few extra items for your comfort during your stay. We completely understand your disappointment and would like to note that a 15% discount had already been applied to your booking in light of the maintenance. Regarding checkout, we’re sorry if the checkout guide was missed. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear that the rest of your stay was enjoyable. The pool is now in perfect condition and ready for your next holiday—we’d love to welcome you back!
