Marina Martinique 1442 is a beautiful self-catering holiday home on the water in the sought-after Marina Martinique complex, just 5 km from Jeffreys Bay’s main beach and ideally located between Jeffreys Bay and Aston Bay. This spacious double-storey home sleeps up to 11 adults and 2 children, with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, perfect for large families or groups of friends.
Upstairs, the main bedroom features an extra-length king-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, double shower, and underfloor heating. Two more upstairs bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a TV. The remaining 2 downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a three-quarter bed, each have a TV and share a bathroom with a bath and shower. These two rooms are equipped with fans.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, two air fryers, ice maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, breakfast counter, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The open-plan living area features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with DStv, Netflix, Showmax, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. There’s also a dining area and a second upstairs TV lounge with two sleeper couches. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
