Acceptable, but needs cleaning and maintenance. Location was great, close proximity to where we needed to be and a great view of the marina. The accommodation itself has been neglected; the braai was burnt completely black with smoke stains on the ceiling, walls and sliding door. Bedding looked unwashed, kitchen cupboards inside were appalling, still with some used dishes inside. Front door dirty and the door itself starting to separate/delaminate.
