Matjiesvlei Retreat 1945 is a self-catering unit that is located on a tranquil farm in the mountains, situated 15 to 20 minutes drive from Calitzdorp.

This fully furnished farmhouse consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main room is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second and third rooms each have 2 single beds. Each bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The house has a well-equipped kitchen that contains the basic appliances, such as a fridge, a microwave, and a stove. The lounge has neat couches to sit on and leads out to a covered verandah, which has outdoor furniture, a dartboard, and braai facilities to use.
