Mhlati Guest Cottages offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation, in the secluded village of Mhlatikop a few kilometres from the town of Malelane. The guest cottages are just 2 km from the Malelane Gate of the world-renowned Kruger National Park and are close to the Malelane Golf Club and Leopard Creek Golf Estate. Malelane has two large supermarkets, a variety of shops, fast food outlets and restaurants.

Accommodation is offered in 5 comfortable individually furnished rooms, namely Elephant Cottage, Leopard Cottage, Robin Room, Kingfisher Room and Buffalo Cottage. Sliding doors from all rooms open onto the sun deck of a sparkling swimming pool and the tranquil, sub-tropical garden have prolific birdlife with shady trees. All of the rooms are serviced daily.

Adjoining the pool area is a large thatched lapa where a hearty or healthy breakfast is served. For guests who wish to indulge in the favourite South African pastime of braaiing, a large Jetmaster braai and Weber is available together with a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, and crockery and cutlery. A selection of music, reading material and board games are also available. The air-conditioned Reception Lounge is for the use of guests and has a TV with full DStv coverage and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
