Very good. We just stayed one night and it was a very comfortable unit with everything we needed.

Cosy, clean, friendly. Bryan was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and you can feel that Bryan loves doing this. The price is right for what you get. We wanted a quiet few days with our new puppy and this was perfect for that. The braai area was nice and cosy and we enjoyed sitting outside having coffee, etc. The place is set up with real consideration.

Dit was heerlik en ontspannend. Baie lekker. Sou net voorstel dat daar meer aandag gegee word aan kombuisgereedskap, bv. 'n masher, ordentlike rasper, blikoopsnyer, en 'n bak of twee. 'n Gemaklike stoel in die sitkamer sal ook nice wees. Verder is alles perfek en die gasheer is vriendelik en baie behulpsaam.

Baie rustige atmosfeer. Eienaar baie hulpvaardig. Lekker gebly. Eienaar baie vriendelik en het ons mooi gewys van eetplekke.

Lovely, relaxed place to chill. First time I had taken my dogs on a holiday and it was a great success. Friendly host and their dogs, and an easy walk along the forest path to the beautiful beach with river and rock pools.

A lovely, convenient place to stay with pets for a couple of days. We travelled with our 2 medium-sized dogs. The place is very spacious, big bed, nice-sized lounge area - bigger than what the photos can reflect. The outside area wraps around the cottage, and the dogs enjoyed the garden. A Weber braai is available with a table outside. There's an outside shower and hosepipe if you'd need to rinse the pups off after the beach. The kitchen was equipped with all amenities required; however, I would suggest adding a couple of spices (salt, pepper). The hosts are very friendly and have 2 friendly dogs on the property. There is 1 garage for your vehicle; however, the area is very safe. The establishment is a 5-minute walk to the beach, so convenient and a lovely walk. There are monkeys on route, so it's better to keep the dogs on a leash. Pennington Beach is fairly quiet, dog-friendly, and there is a restaurant next to the beach. I really enjoyed our stay in this little gem. I would recommend Milkwood Haven to travellers seeking a short getaway with pets.
