Nice lodge. Battled for two hours to get the keys for the unit. The booking agent was very rude. The process to get into the actual unit needs attention, as making your guests drive around just to get keys to get in was a nightmare! Both kettles weren't working and no WiFi available. The lodge itself is nice, but there was water leaking through the roof in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.

Hi Shannon, Thanks for staying with us and for your feedback. All directions were emailed to you and are also communicated on this website. It is unfortunate that you did not read the directions before arriving at the complex. I am not aware of any issues with kettles as none were reported, but I know there is an electric kettle as well as one for the gas stove, which we will check and replace if necessary. Unfortunately, the unit does not have Wi-Fi and is listed as such. Thanks, Mandy
