Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The establishment will send a contract to be completed that will give you the option to activate the DStv & Wi-Fi at an additional cost to guests.

Key deposit with an additional fee - Refundable 7 days after departure, should there be no breakage or damage.

An exit cleaning fee of an additional cost will be charged, and this fee will be deducted from the Key deposit.
The balance of the deposit will be paid back by the establishment 3 days after vacating, should there not be any damages.
Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

All electricity and gas are already included in the price.

There is a flatscreen TV - please bring your decoder, remote, and power cable.

For an additional fee to connect to the DStv.

This is a smoke-free dwelling - No smoking allowed in the house.
