This place needs a good deep clean and a lick of paint. The place was not cleaned properly. Common areas were really dirty. The lift floor was sticky and smelt of urine. It was cleaned the day after but still looked dirty. The bathroom grout was black in some areas and brown in others. I had to wear flip flops in the shower to ensure hygiene and cleanliness. The sofa was stained and had cuts in it. There was an AA battery lying on the main bedroom floor for the duration of our stay. A good deep clean will sort out all these issues and perhaps some paint. Staff need some hospitality training. The greeting you get depends on the personality of the person sitting at the front desk. The toilet seat in the first bathroom needs changing.

Apartment all good and clean and neat rooms, parking bad, overcrowded and a nightmare. With loadshedding there were no lights on the stairs to the rooms making them very dark and dangerous. Too many cockroaches running around in the apartment.
