Home from home. An incredibly special place, we felt at home the moment we arrived. The staff were so warm and friendly, the house was spotless and well equipped. We will most definitely be back!

Amazing! I don't think there are enough words to describe it! I wouldn't know where to start; the place was absolutely fantastic! My family and I definitely enjoyed our time there. Everything about the place we stayed in, the horse rides and the hiking was fantastic. Every morning we woke up to the amazing view from our bedrooms! We especially loved the under floor heating. We were definitely spoiled by the place we stayed in. The staff were also wonderful and were always willing to help. Thank you for your help. The highlight was the full moon hike where we enjoyed hot chocolate and Amarula to warm us up; it was a wonderful experience. My family and I would definitely love to come back here one day.

Wow! Wonderful place. One of the nicest family homes we have ever stayed in. Beautiful view at the braai. Space for the children. Hiking and horse riding also very nice.

Incredible location and very peaceful stay. We had an amazing time at Montusi self-catering - perfect location with lots of space and amazing views. The house is well appointed, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a dinner at the lodge, which was delicious and very well priced for the 3 courses. We had a massage at the spa and I attended a yoga session one morning. All amazing and would absolutely recommend this spot and return as soon as possible. The lodge sells wood so you don't need to bring your own and all facilities are amazing.

Superb views and beautiful self-catering option for families. Wonderful stay. Loved waking up every morning to the spectacular views. The cottage was perfect for our family stay and we loved the swimming pool and short walks on the estate. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The only small downside was that the baby chairs are not very baby-friendly! (The metal at the back is quite harsh when they inevitably bang their heads backwards and they're not very secure as containment for younger ones, 1 year or under).
