This elegantly decorated, double-storey apartment is situated in a quiet Mossel Bay Gold Estate complex. This is a perfect location for a golf break with the Mossel Bay Golf Club facilities within easy reach.

The apartment is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Bedrooms are situated on the upper level. Each bedroom has a balcony and 2 single beds of which 2 of the bedrooms can be converted to king-size beds, with 1 bedroom staying as 2 single beds.

There is 1 en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower only. The second bathroom on located on the upper level, is fitted with a shower and a bath. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. All linen is provided, as well as a set of towels. Guests may bring their own towels if they require additional towels.

It also boasts a modern, open-plan kitchen with a scullery, breakfast counter, and living room with TV. The living room opens up onto the enclosed verandah with a built-in braai facility.

In addition, the complex offers a communal swimming pool with outside braai facilities. There is 1 garage and 1 guest parking available.
