Description

My Bushhouse is a self-catering unit in Marloth Park. The house is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, linen and towels. Kindly bring your own swimming towels.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms plus an outdoor shower and basins in the bedrooms. One bedroom includes a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. There is 1 double sleeper couch in the lounge. All rooms include air-conditioning. The unit is not serviced daily and is rented as self-catering.

There is an indoor cooking area with an oven, hob and indoor braai as well as an outdoor cooking area. Within a small, fenced-off area in front of the house are a splash pool and a waterhole within view of the braai area. Please note we have a small flat-screen TV with full DSTV and Wi-Fi.

A small solar system has been installed to alleviate the discomfort of loadshedding. Kindly note the stove and air conditioners are not connected to the system. Ceiling fans have been installed that can be used together with the lights.

This property is bordered by Parkland, in between the river and Lionspruit Reserve to hear the hippos and fish eagles from the river and the lions from Lionspruit reserve!

There is a carport providing shade and protection. The garage is not for use by tenants as it houses the personal items of the owner.

The property offers additional protection with an upgraded alarm system for outside and inside protection with beams and alarms. Please read the instructions on how to set the alarm for both inside and outside to keep you safer at all times.

Kindly note that no pets are allowed, and guests are to follow all Rules and Regulations of Marloth Park, especially the No Noise Disturbance Rule.
