Very meaningful restful place. New Holme Lodge had everything I hold dear. Quiet, exquisite natural beauty being situated on the Karoo Gariep Reserve. Our room was extremely comfortable with lots of hot water. The staff could not do enough for us even though our stay coincided with their off season.

Awesome lodge, would definitely recommend to anyone needing accommodation. Arrived in the dark and was greeted by such an amazing host, a lovely family that own this lodge. Had an awesome 3-course dinner, lovely chats and would definitely recommend this lodge. Electric blanket, lovely hot showers.

Comfortable, tranquil, green oasis. Located 8 km away from the N1, peace, tranquility and wide open spaces make this oasis a pleasure to overnight in. The access road to the farm was smooth enough for a sedan car. My accommodation was the Pampoen room, air-conditioned, en-suite in a large farmhouse surrounded by vines, a huge verandah and a shaded pool patio.
