Awful in such a beautiful area and place. My check-in was a disaster. I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes to park my vehicle in a parking bay as there was not one allocated to my room. My room was not cleaned for the days that I was there. The cleaning ladies said that it was supposed to be pre-arranged. So I slept in dirty bedding.
