Nguni House is a modern holiday home in the heart of Britannia Bay, St Helena Bay, and is the perfect option for a memorable coastal getaway on the West Coast for large groups of family and friends.
The property can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises a main house and two self-contained apartments, each with a private entrance. The main house offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains two single beds and has access to a private bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The first apartment features an open-plan layout furnished with a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Each apartment includes a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, essential cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A comfortable seating area and a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services are also provided.
The second apartment has a separate bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The lounge area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A comfortable seating area and a smart TV with streaming services are also available.
The main house features an open-plan living area with a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A central 4-seater dining table is also provided, and a dishwasher is available for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the lounge offers comfortable seating, a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The lounge is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cosy winter evenings.
Outside, the property offers covered patios with comfortable outdoor furniture and braai areas, ideal for entertaining and enjoying alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. Secure off-street parking is available.
