Enjoyed the stay. Excellent, hosts were very friendly and kept us informed. Just a note that the unit isn't really set up for self-catering; there is a fridge and microwave, but no other kitchen facilities, e.g. sink, etc. Braai facility needs to be requested.

Thank you too for your comments about the family unit - we don't actually sell that accommodation as self-catering specifically because it doesn't have washing-up facilities and, you'll understand as there isn't a kitchen, we wouldn't want guests cooking in the rooms. As for the braais on the verandah we like to take them in after each visit to clean them and keep them out of the rain as they tend to rust. I am sorry we hadn't brought one back up for your arrival. I have made a note to always check going forward. We so appreciate your feedback because we then hope to give a better service on your return or to other future guests.
