Description

O Kapetanios is a Greek-styled self-catering home ideally located in Langebaan. This unit is within easy reach of the beach and is ideal for guests seeking a secluded West Coast holiday.

The unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a double bed and a sleeper couch suited for a child. There is a shower, washbasin and a toilet in the en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin and a toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and there are 2 single beds in the fourth bedroom. These rooms share a bathroom.

There is also a guest toilet on the top floor near the living area. All linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own swimming towels.

The living area features a lounge area, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The dining area has a dining table with 8 chairs. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a UPS that ensures the Wi-Fi works even during load shedding. The sliding doors open onto a patio with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai. The patio can be accessed from the kitchen and the lounge.

This house is the ideal family home in a tranquil complex and will certainly provide a lovely, relaxing holiday experience. The accommodation also has an inverter that kicks in during loadshedding.
