The open-plan living area downstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, utensils, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and breakfast counter that flows to the dining and lounge area, offering an 8-seater dining table, comfortable couch, a TV with streaming options, Wi-Fi, board games, separate toilet and walks out onto the patio with an ocean view and access to the beach.
