Boma Apartments 4 and 5 consists of 2 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size double bed and bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single bed. The unit features a well-equipped kitchen to prepare and cook meals in, and a private balcony. Other amenities included in this suite are air-conditioning, a TV with selected DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. Daily housekeeping is provided.

House Rules
- All the hot water is heated directly by solar power, heating 1500 litres of hot water at any one time. The electricity is generated by 40 solar panels, enabling us to use solar power throughout the day and battery storage during the night.
- We have our own borehole, reaching 70 m underground, which feeds the extensive tank storage of 170,000 litres. The purification system allows all the water to be pumped into the house, hence there are no water restrictions and the drinking water is double filtered to ensure its purity. Guests can have showers and baths whenever they want, but naturally, we still ask them to be careful with this precious resource.
- We capture all the rainwater from the roof gutters and the driveway and store it in the tanks for usage in the garden. This keeps the beautiful terraced grounds green all year, purifying the air and providing a dazzle of flowers and an abundance of seed for wildlife, birds, insects and propagation. Even the grey water, from the sinks, showers and baths, is captured and used to water the flowering pots in our courtyard. At Ocean Golf no water is wasted and a stay with us quite literally does not cost the earth.
