This true gem is ideal for a coastal holiday with family and friends as it is situated within walking distance from Umhlanga Beach allowing easy access to the beautiful Dolphin coastline and all it has to offer.
This spacious double-storey property, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, the main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, shower, and spa bath, while three additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bath. Downstairs, one bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bath, complemented by a guest toilet conveniently located under the stairs. The pool area also offers a bathroom with a shower and toilet for easy access.
The ground level features an open-plan living area with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV.
Additionally, the home also has a formal lounge which opens onto a covered patio with a pool table and a built-in braai. This patio leads down onto an expansive wooden deck with a sparkling swimming pool and sun loungers which is an ideal spot for guests to fully relax and catch some sun. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate on the property.
