Well appointed accommodation but terrible communication. I had a very comfortable stay at One Rosebank Ubuhle Rose 407. It's a new development, so the unit is still in pristine condition and is very well appointed. I was welcomed by very pleasant receptionists and security personnel. However, communication from the host was extremely poor. There is no direction nor indication as to what to bring upon check-in, nor where to go. The unit has WiFi, but I was not provided the password even after requesting it (I've still not received any response to the message I sent as I am typing this review). Some thought definitely needs to be put into their welcoming process and communication. There are still some developments happening in and around the building and vicinity, so if you are sensitive to noise—FYI. It would also be amazing if the unit had blinds or a lace curtain so one can open the block-out curtains without concern of the contractors across the road having full view into the unit.
