A wonderful escape and highly recommended for a couple or family group. An absolute haven for us and our 4 Miniature Schnauzers! We loved every moment of our stay – from long walks and peaceful time by the dam to cosy evenings with the indoor braai and fireplace. We even managed a fun game of pool in the playroom! Peace, quiet, and fresh air. The house is equipped with everything you need - even a dishwasher! Monique was a wonderful host, always friendly and checking in to see if we needed anything. We’d definitely love to return one day! Just a heads-up for fellow pet owners: the house is mostly fenced, with two open gates. There are other farm animals around, and smaller dogs might be able to slip under the fencing. That said, two of our doggies are rescues who are rather reactive - fortunately their recall is good, and they stayed happily by our side. With so much space to run and explore, they truly had the time of their lives!
