Open Room Comfort is a self-catering apartment that forms part of the owner’s main residence in Soneike, Kuils River. It’s conveniently located about 1 km from Kuils River Netcare Hospital and surrounded by the beautiful Cape Winelands.

This studio apartment can sleep up to 2 guests and is furnished with 1 double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. In addition, the apartment has a work desk and ample closet space, as well as a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. An inverter and solar panels are used to keep the lights and the Wi-Fi on during load shedding.

The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, a 2-plate gas stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a private patio outside with a small dining table and chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests are afforded secure, covered parking behind a remote-controlled gate.
