Situated along the Lions River in the heart of the Midlands Meander, Otters Den lies on 18 hectares of unspoiled countryside. The property features five charming thatched-roof self-catering cottages surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of flowing water.

Each cottage offers a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, free Wi-Fi, and an HD TV with DStv, and a Weber braai. Guests can enjoy their own private balcony, overlooking the river, farmlands, and distant mountains.

Three cottages feature one ensuite bedroom, while two offer two ensuite bedrooms — all with luxurious Jacuzzi spa baths and showers. Luxury Linen and towels are provided. A complimentary welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and breakfast biscuits is provided on arrival.

Guests can unwind with a riverside picnic, enjoy gentle walks, and listen to the rich birdlife in the area. Otters Den is the perfect base from which to explore nearby attractions including nature reserves, museums, arts and craft markets, popular trout fishing spots, wedding venues, and adventure activities, to name but a few.
