Oude Doornbosch Cottages offers eco-friendly, comfortable self-catering accommodation, nestled on the banks of the meandering Magalies River, a haven of tranquility in the heart of the Cradle of Humankind.

Accommodation is offered in 2 comfortably furnished, off-the-grid cottages, each providing a private and peaceful retreat. One cottage accommodates 2 guests, while the other accommodates 4. Both cottages include a well-equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms, with linen and bath towels provided. Each cottage opens onto a covered patio with seating, a built-in braai, and a fire pit. Parking is also available.
Gas appliances, rechargeable lighting and a portable battery for device charging are supplied.

Guests can enjoy bird watching, fishing, and let the kids play in the gardens. Nearby hiking trails offer opportunities for adventure, while the river provides a peaceful setting to relax and unwind.
