Excellent. Our stay at the beach house was very pleasant. If only I had known that this place had permanent residents staying there, I would not have booked there. Beautiful location, poorly managed unit! The unit is gorgeous and the location is amazing. However, the kitchen was not properly cleaned as the pots, Pyrex dishes etc. were covered in oil and food, half washed. The place mats for the dining room table were also still covered in food that looked very old and smelly. If you are booking for more than 2 people, please take your own large glasses and baking dishes as there are no large glasses and baking dishes, only big enough for 2 people. Also take your own braai grid and bricks to put the grid on as there are only the hand-held turning grids available which don't work without anything to balance it on and if you are braaing for 6 people can be very tedious!
