Overberg Gems – Lagoon View is situated on a small private estate, 8 km from Hermanus, and offers scenic views of the Klein River Lagoon. The property is ideal for family getaways and guests who enjoy water-based activities.
The house accommodates up to 7 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a single bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds and shares a guest bathroom fitted with a shower. Two additional bathrooms are fitted with showers, and there is also an outdoor hot shower and bath. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes modern appliances. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, and an 8-seater dining table. Guests can relax on the large verandah or deck, both equipped with braai facilities and overlooking the lagoon.
The property features a private mooring for motorboats and access to a communal swimming pool located nearby. Hermanus, located a short drive away, is well known for its whale watching and coastal attractions.
