Uitstekend en bekostigbaar. Dit was so skoon en netjies gewees. Die buurt is baie stil en geen geraas nie. Ek hou baie van die gordyne omdat dit die kamer donker maak sodat 'n mens lekker kan slaap. Die ontvangs is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Sekuriteit is hoog op die lys en 'n mens voel veilig. Die plek is naby geleë waar ons 'n kompetisie gehad het, so baie gerieflik. Ek sal Palmar Hotel definitief aanbeveel vir enige iemand wat daardie rigting gaan.

Die plek is skoon en netjies en die ontvangsdame en wag is baie vriendelik. Ons het baie lekker gebly.

Value for money. Stay was good. They need to at least have some tea or coffee available. Shower head and TV remote were broken.

Adequate but not matching the rating on the LekkeSlaap site. The rooms are very cold and there is no provision to improve on environment temperature. There is no provision to place a suitcase to unpack from. The bathroom also has no shelving or provision to unpack toiletries. The booking gave the option of a luxury room, but I could not distinguish what this luxury offered. The shower mixer is placed underneath a cold shower.

Expected more. When I booked and had the option of a luxury room, I expected a bit more of the little things like a place to put down the suitcase other than the bed, more shelving in the bathroom to put down basic toiletries. Something on the tile floor, especially in a Highveld winter. And they could have provided something to heat up the place a little; the environment is extremely cold during the night.

Noisy drunk residents have no regard for fellow travellers. No security is available. Horrible stay. On arrival we got our key room 39, only to be called out of our room stating we owed the establishment money. I received confirmation from you that I paid the full fee and have a zero balance. The room was freezing, and no extra blankets or heater were provided. We phoned and asked for blankets and were told they would see what they could do. The shower door handles were broken as well as the basin. No security on site and loud drunk people at 6 on a Sunday morning with no noise control. Not worth it in my opinion.
