Par Excellence Villa is a spacious self-catering holiday home situated within the Langebaan Country Estate. This is a great option for either a large family or a group of friends as this property is a short distance from the beach and the estate offers plenty of amenities and activities.
This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. The second room has a queen-sized bed and third bedroom has a double bed the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The other 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a bath, respectively. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The spacious open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto a sunny enclosed patio with an outdoor dining table and large windows that guests can open to allow the fresh ocean air in. This property also has a patio with a Weber braai that guests can use and for those returning from the beach, a hot water outdoor shower is available too.
Secure parking for 2 cars is available in the controlled access complex. Please note that there is no street parking available; vehicles can be parked on the driveway, which accommodates up to two cars.
