Description
Pearl Bay Beach Villa is a gorgeous white wooden beach house is situated on the beachfront in the beautiful town of Yzerfontein.
The house comprises 2 bedrooms upstairs furnished with a king-size bed in each. The shared full bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath, and there is a separate toilet. A small hallway located between these rooms leads to a balcony.
The third is downstairs and has a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest loo. This is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom is known as the "Honeymoon Sutie" has a private entrance and is also on the first floor above the garage. This has an open plan bathroom with a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities and a bar fridge.
The large lounge, dining room, and kitchen area are light and airy, and open plan. These lead out onto a sun-drenched wooden deck with a large rim-flow pool, lending to both indoor and outdoor entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, and there is a walk-in pantry.
For those chilly winter evenings, an open log-burning fireplace is available in the lounge. There is a portable braai which can be moved according to the weather.
