Welcome to Pelindaba Rock Retreat, situated in the chameleon forest of the Greater Hartbeespoort, a renowned resort town with captivating views of the Crocodile River. This property is conveniently located approximately 4 km from the Lion and Safari Park and Lesedi Cultural Village, as well as various other attractions.
The off-the-grid, self-catering villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in the house, which is constructed from the distinctive Pelindaba Elephant Rock found in the area. The property features a well-maintained indigenous garden, where frogs and chameleons feel right at home, as well as an inviting open swimming pool. Built-in braai facilities and outdoor furniture further enhance the unique charm of this beautiful retreat.
The house can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a beautifully decorated en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
The living area features a kitchen equipped with cutlery, crockery, a gas hob with no oven, a kettle and a fridge-freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 6-seater dining room, which leads into an open-plan lounge with a fireplace and comfortable seating.
Guests can relax in the lush garden to the sounds of local birdlife and the gentle flow of the nearby river. Those seeking adventure are welcome to hike up to the top of the hill directly behind the house, which offers views of Rhenosterkop Mountain, the Crocodile River and the valley.
