Pension Pelham Park is a comfortable garden cottage located in a quiet and secure location close to the University of KwaZulu-Natal Pietermaritzburg campus, Oribi airport, Maritzburg College, Girls High and Epworth School. The property is close to shops and other amenities and only 4 km from Pietermaritzburg city centre.

The cottage can accommodate up to 3 guests and contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette and a living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and a standing fan and the en-suite bathroom contains a private shower and there is a separate toilet. The second bedroom contains 1 single bed.

The kitchenette is equipped with heat-and-eat facilities including a fridge-freezer, microwave, mini-oven with a two-plate stove, toaster, kettle and a sink for washing up. The lounge contains seating and a separate work area.
