Description
Perfect 10 is a charming self-catering rental home located in the Blue Lagoon security estate in Langebaan. This property is ideal for a large family or a group of friends looking for a coastal getaway close to the beach.
The property can accommodate up to 13 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. 4 with queen-size beds of which the largest is a seperate entrance compelete Studio including a double sleeper couch. The 3rd very large en-suite bedroom contains 3 single beds. Four of the bedrooms inclusive of the Studio are en-suite and fitted with showers all upstairs. Only the one queen bedroom downstairs has no bathroom but the guest toilets under the internal stairs.
The home boasts a large well-equipped kitchen and scullery fitted with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery and all braai gear. A fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine are available in the adjacent sunny side scullery. The adjacent living area features a lounge with comfortable couches and an 8-seater dining table and the guest toilet. The home also has a 2nd full kitchen in the large Studio flat equipped with a microwave, 2-plate stove with a mini-oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery & crockery as well as a second lounging area. For guest entertainment some of the bedrooms and the living area have TVs with Android TV Boxes to login to media accounts or DSTV Now, and free fibre Wi-Fi.
Outside, there is a lovely patio with outdoor seating and a garden with braai facilities and the private nature reserve views, with path to the beach. Secure on-site parking. The location of this property is within walking distance of the beach, a kiddies' play area, shops, and restaurants.
