Perissa 38 is a self-catering holiday apartment located in Ballito, one of KwaZulu-Natal’s most beautiful coastal areas with pristine beaches and warm waters.

This accommodation currently does not experience power outages such as load shedding.

The spacious apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, with a king-sized bed in the main room, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a shower only. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge-freezer combination, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery and cutlery. The unit also has Wi-Fi and an open-plan lounge with a Smart TV.

The unit offers lovely sea views and there is a communal swimming pool in the complex.

Fantastic. It was lovely thank you! Glad for the private beach on those busy days. Only issue but now noted for future bookings. Bring your own toilet...

It was nice. Power and WiFi outages happened frequently. Patios get wet when it rains. Little toilet paper available. But otherwise everything was ok.
