Pezula Franzi's Dream - CM15 is a stunning villa located in the prestigious Pezula Golf Estate in Knysna, a town along the Garden Route in the Western Cape. This is the ideal destination for family, friends and golf groups.
The air-conditioned villa comprises 4 bedrooms. The three bathrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests. All of the bedrooms are furnished with single beds that can be converted into king-size beds. The first and second bedrooms are ensuite, while the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower and a bathtub.
The fully equipped kitchen also includes a side-by-side fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with interleading scullery that has a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine.
The open-plan living space features a lounge furnished with a comfortable couch, indoor dining, wood and gas fireplaces, a large smart TV, a pool table, and foosball for table soccer.
The entertainment deck boasts a heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, exquisite views to enjoy both sunrise and sunset, loads of space and excellent finishes, as well as a large, covered patio with built-in braai for outdoor dining.
This property has a large backup solar system that will ensure you have power during load-shedding hours. This does not however operate the heated pool pump, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. Secure parking and complimentary Wi-Fi is readily available.
Guests also have access to the award-winning 18-hole golf course, an outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse, and a tennis court in the estate. There is a 5-star hotel in the estate as well, which offers a spa, gym, an age-restricted indoor heated pool, 2 restaurants, and a play area for children.
