Platbakkies Farm Retreat Campsites are situated on a working farm off the R355 between Kliprand and Springbok.

Wild Camping allows guests to pick their favourite spot on the farm and set up camp surrounded by grazing wildlife.

The Farmyard Camping ground is located closer to the on-site activity area and provides access to communal ablution facilities, including a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Electrical points are also available. The area boasts lovely views of the Boesmanland plains and the Namaqualand koppies.

The farm is home to a wide variety of animals and offers various activities such as participating in farming activities, walking, biking, game drives, bird watching, and day trips in the area.
