Description

Platbakkies Farm Retreat is situated on a working farm off the R355 between Kliprand and Springbok.

The retreat offers guests accommodation in either a house or a cottage. The house has 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, a double bed, and 2 single beds, respectively. The cottage is equipped for 2 guests.

Both units have a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table. Guests are also welcome to use the available board games.

Braai facilities and safe parking are available. The accommodation is on a self-catering basis, and meals are available on request at an additional cost. Family packages are also available.

The farm is home to a wide variety of animals and offers various activities such as participating in farming activities, walking, biking, game drives, bird watching, or day trips in the area.
