Plett Edge Mountain Cabin is a charming off-grid self-catering holiday retreat nestled in the hills of Plettenberg Bay, offering breathtaking views of the Piesang River. Ideal for families and groups of friends, this rustic retreat combines tranquility with adventure, perfect for a memorable coastal escape.
The cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests across 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and beautiful natural views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the fourth bedroom includes 2 double beds in a bunk-style setup. The fifth bedroom ( tiny cabin ) provides an additional 2 double beds and a single bed, ideal for kids or larger family with kids or singles groups. Guests share a spacious family bathroom fitted with a toilet, bath and shower, the 5th bedroom ( sleep 5) has its own toilet and shower, along with a separate guest toilet and cold shower outdoors private.
The open-plan living area exudes rustic charm and warmth, featuring a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, and panoramic windows that frame the surrounding hills and river. A hammock chair invites guests to unwind with a book or take in the views. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. An indoor entertainment area with gas braai facilities makes socialising easy and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is available for guests' convenience.
Step outside onto the expansive wooden deck, perfect for soaking in sunrise and sunset views, or stargazing at night. Despite its secluded feel, the cabin is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and popular beaches, making it the ideal base for exploring the Garden Route.
