Plottie is a spacious holiday home in Struisbaai offering self-catering accommodation situated within walking distance of the picturesque harbour, beach and shops.
Plottie has two separate units. The main house and a one-bedroom apartment with a private entrance and backyard.
The house's main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Bed linen is provided but guests need to bring their own towels.
The house's living area and kitchen are open-plan and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, full-length fridge, full-length freezer and a big chest freezer.
The house has a two-plate gas stove as an alternative during loadshedding. The lights in the main living areas are connected to an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and a portable rechargeable light is provided. The house has a TV with DStv and Wi-Fi connected to the UPS. You won't even miss one second of your favourite sports or series! The living area has a cosy fireplace.
The house has a courtyard with a covered braai area. A braai grid and utensils are provided.
The apartment's main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The apartment also has a bunk bed in the living area. Bed linen is provided but guests need to bring their own towels.
The apartment's living area and kitchen are open-plan and the kitchen is equipped with a two-plate gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.
The lights in the apartment include emergency lighting during loadshedding and a portable rechargeable light is provided. The apartment has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi connected to the UPS.
The apartment has a braai area with shading in the spacious backyard. A braai grid and utensils are provided.
Parking is available on-site.
The accommodation is located 4 km from Cape Agulhas, which is the southernmost point of the African continent. It is approximately 250 m from the beach, 750 m from the harbour and 1300 m from the shops and main swimming beach.
