Pollocks Place offers comfortable accommodation in 4 self-catering, tastefully furnished apartments and a cottage in the suburb of Blanco, approximately 5 km from central George. The property borders the renowned Fancourt Golf Course.
Each unit comprises a kitchen, living space with some DStv channels and Wi-Fi. Both the apartments and the cottage have a safe entrance and sleeps 2 to 4 guests.
Pollocks Pizza Cafe, a restaurant with a bar and outside braai area, is on the same property, underneath the apartments. Pollocks 2 has its own gas braai, while Pollocks 3, 4 and 5 has a communal braai on the outside deck. All of the units have an induction plate, an air fryer, and a microwave, but no stove. Pollocks Cottage is a free-standing unit.
George offers a variety of activities such as 4x4 trails, mountain bike trails, golf, hiking trails, quad biking, and wine tasting and various nearby beaches like that at Victoria and Herold's Bay. It is also within 50 km of towns like Wilderness, Sedgefield, Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn.
