Friendly, comfortable, value for money. From the moment we entered the doors, we were welcomed by friendly, helpful staff. Our room and bathroom were lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable rest. The Premier Express Inn is centrally located, making it easy to reach restaurants and Outeniqua High School.

Fantasties, skoon, veilig, sentraal en sommer net wonderlik. Ons het 'n wonderlike tyd in George gehad en deel daarvan was die verblyf wat ons gekies het. Dit was nie net sentraal nie, die mense by die hotel was vriendelik en ons kan dit enige tyd aanbeveel. Dit sal beslis weer my verblyf van keuse wees as ek weer in George is.

The hotel is beautiful, but this will be tainted due to the person or persons when. 1. Check-in: The lady greeted us. No welcome, and then she just proceeded with check-in. I had to ask what our room number was. Nothing was explained regarding WiFi, dining, etc. It was not clear that it was bed only upon arrival. We sat down for breakfast thinking it was B&B. Then, to our surprise, a R420 bill. The breakfast was terrible. If I had known that, I surely would have had breakfast on the road.

Next trip to George will be with another establishment. Wording on their website - "Premier Express Inn George offers bed and breakfast" and "A breakfast buffet is served in the dining room". On arrival, I was informed that no breakfast is included and we have to pay R 200 per person every day for breakfast. Nor do I have the option to include this in my booking as nowhere is it stated that it is excluded. This is the first time we booked "Bed and Breakfast" and we have to pay this additional. Can they rectify this on the page and say this will be charged additionally for breakfast? WiFi was also on/off 50% of the time.

While our website does state that a breakfast buffet is available, our current room rates are room only, and breakfast is charged separately. We understand how this may have been unclear and have requested that the website wording be updated to reflect that breakfast is available at an additional charge. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the intermittent Wi-Fi and have since attended to this issue to ensure a more stable connection for our guests.
