Description

Pringle Bay Villa is a hidden gem in Pringle Bay, which is an authentic, quaint, seaside village overlooking the Indian Ocean. The bay has abundant sea life, popular for cray fishing and surfing also long white sandy beaches. Table Mountain and Cape Point can be seen across the bay.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a double garage. Bedrooms 1 and 2 comprise a king-size bed, bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.

The villa is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, toaster, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Loadshedding does not affect the property as there is a solar system.

The villa has direct access to the beach for a swim in the ocean or a long beach walk. In winter it’s the perfect, romantic getaway, experience the ocean spray whilst lounging between two cosy log fireplaces.

Pringle Bay Villa is 84 km away from Cape Town and 69 km away from Cape Town International Airport. Hermanus and its popular Hemel en Aarde wine route is 60 km away.

Kleinmond and Arabella Golf Courses, hiking and mountain biking trails, a large penguin colony in Bettie’s Bay, and the Harold Porter Nature Reserve are in close proximity. There are lovely little shops, coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
