Prospect Farm Cottages offers self-catering accommodation at the foot of the Outeniqua Mountains in Geelhoutboom, George. The accommodation is ideal for guests looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and is also a birdwatching paradise.

Accommodation is available in 3 stone-built self-catering cottages. The 2thatched cottages can accommodate 4 guests each and feature 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, quality linen, and bath towels. Each cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, 2-plate stove/oven, and kettle, as well as a seating area and dining area with an electric fireplace. The units also have private braai facilities. Each cottage features a TV offering all DStv channels and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The double-story cottage comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers 2 child beds. The unit features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a two-plate gas stove, kettle, and fridge. There is also a living and dining area with a built-in pizza oven and fireplace/braai. A smart TV with all DStv channels and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided.

Guests have access to a shared covered lapa, a rock pool, and secure covered parking. There is also a children's play area and lush green lawns where children can play. The farm and surrounding area offer a variety of activities, including safe and private walking and jogging trails in the natural forest and on the farm, rowing, mountain biking trails, picnic spots, fishing, golf, and swimming at nearby beaches. Guests can also simply relax and enjoy the peaceful farm life.

The accommodation is not affected by load shedding, as there are power generators. It is located just 12 km from Fancourt Golf Estate, 13 km from George Airport, 22 km from George's city centre, and 22 km from the nearest beaches in Herolds Bay and Glentana.
