Description

Pumula Game Farm is situated in the picturesque Waterberg Mountains between Modimolle and Bela-Bela. With quality service and attention to detail, they strive to make every stay memorable. All of the self-catering units offer a bushveld, family-friendly atmosphere with abundant game, flora, and bird life on the 106 ha of bushveld. The 4 intimate and luxurious 4-star graded units offer each guest the modern amenities of home. There is a generator for unforeseen power outages.

There are 2 units. Thanda means “love” in Zulu and Thulile means "peace" in Zulu. These 2 units are next to each other with separate entrances to ensure privacy. Each luxurious unit has a modern feel with high thatch roof ceilings. Each unit has a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a built-in cupboard, and an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower. Fine-quality percale linen and bath sheets are provided. There is a bunk bed in the lounge for the children in Thanda and a single bed and sleeper couch in Thulile. There are fans in the bedroom and lounge.

For your private use, the unit is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave oven, gas stove, and all the necessary cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. There is a dinette suitable for indoor dining and an open-plan lounge with TV, and DStv with select channels.

There is a private covered patio with a table and chairs and a braai area. A cold water splash pool is situated 30m in the bush with an awesome bushveld view, shared by only the two units.

Your accommodation includes a cleaning service for the outdoor areas. All you need to provide is swimming towels, food, coffee, tea, flashlight, clothes. Firewood can be purchased at reception.

The farm consists of bushveld and savannah, there are zebra, wildebeest, blesbok, impala, nyala, and smaller game species on the farm. Guests are invited to take self-guided game drives. The property offers canoeing and fishing (bring your own rod and tackle). There is a playground near the units for the little ones. Guests are also invited to bring their mountain bikes to ride on the farm.
