Regarding breakfast, we sincerely apologise for any misunderstanding. Our listing clearly states that breakfast is not included in the room rate. We do, however, offer breakfast as an optional add-on for guests who wish to arrange it in advance. We’ll continue to ensure this information remains clear on all booking platforms to avoid any confusion in the future.
For the room setup and bathroom access, we regret that this was not as you anticipated. We have one room without an en-suite bathroom; however, the bathroom is designated exclusively for the guest occupying that room to ensure privacy and convenience.
Lastly, we apologise for any noise disturbance you experienced during your stay. The noise was caused by another guest and not the owner. We always encourage a peaceful environment and take steps to ensure all guests can enjoy a quiet and restful experience.
