Home from home. We stayed for 12 days and the high standard was the same throughout. Eddy was a very accommodating host, ensuring that our every need was catered for. He would always check what time we wanted breakfast and was on time to serve us. The breakfast was a true English breakfast consisting of fruit salad, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee/tea, eggs cooked to your liking, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, and as much toast as you like. Having a swimming pool was an extra bonus to cool off after a hot day's work. One night we had a braai and Eddy supplied us with all the utensils we needed. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and tidied every day. The area is also nice and quiet so you can get a good night's rest in the comfortable bed under the cool aircon.

I would just go back to Empangeni to visit Eddie's place. Really lovely place. This B&B exceeded my expectations. Eddie was an incredible host, made us the most delicious breakfast and was so, so friendly. The location was perfect. The place is clean, the rooms are comfortable. Most important for me of any place is aircon, the bed, the towels and WiFi! And everything was perfect.
