Description
Winelands Sanctuary Home is a sunny, modern, self-catering home situated in the heart of the Windelands. The home is situated in a peaceful estate, providing a sense of security while enjoying your stay.
This home can accommodate 6 guests and consists of three bedrooms. Located upstairs, bedroom one is furnished with a king-size bed and en-suite fitted with a shower, wash basin, and toilet. Also located upstairs is bedroom two, furnished with a double bed and an en-suite fitted with a bath, toilet, and a shower fixed over the bath. Downstairs, we have bedroom three furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite fitted with a shower, wash basin, and toilet. All rooms are furnished with built-in cupboards.
This North-facing home has a large double volume ceiling and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooking basics, and cutlery. The dining room is furnished with an 8-seater dining table. There is a combustion fireplace in the lounge for the winter months, with a big couch providing ample space for the family to enjoy watching TV.
The downstairs area opens up onto two separate patios. The covered patio has a large built-in braai and comfortable seating area; the second terrace is under a pergola and has an outdoor dining table. There is an office with two working desks that’s available upon special request. There is backup solar and an inverter, so you need not worry about loadshedding. Guests have access to the dam on the estate to enjoy evening sundowners.
The estate has neighbouring world-class wine farms within a few km’s radius, and the house is 13.1 km drive to Stellenbosch central and 31.8 km to Cape Town International Airport.
