Amazing. Our stay was truly wonderful! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home; from the cleaning team to the lovely ladies in the laundry room who surprised us by ironing and delivering our clothes, to the garden services gentleman who kindly helped us with photos when we struggled with selfies. The food was absolutely delicious, and the views from both the pool and restaurant were simply fabulous. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Comfortable, professional, scenic, and well-organised. The RFC team stayed at Rio Vista Lodge for one night during a work trip, and it was a comfortable and well-organised experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and accommodating our needs with professionalism. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped—perfect for a restful night after a long day of travel and meetings. The lodge's tranquil setting, with views overlooking the Crocodile River, added a peaceful touch to our stay and made for a great place to unwind. Although it was a short visit, we appreciated the attention to detail and the convenient location. We would gladly return to Rio Vista Lodge for future business or leisure trips in the area.

Not pleasant. Disappointed to find out we are on the first floor with no lift. I have dialysis equipment I travel with. No porters available. We had to ask the restaurant staff to help us carry.

Our sincere apologies about the unpleasant experience that you had; unfortunately, we do not have porters at the lodge; we only ask the guys to help us with bags at the restaurant. Gerieflik. Ja, behalwe dat die TV nie gewerk het nie. Beddegoed was gevlek met rooi merk.

Kamer was ruim en netjies. Lekker groot badkamer. Pragtige swembad. Baie vriendelike personeel wat dadelik reageer op versoeke en vrae. Restaurant op die dek met rivier-uitsig was baie goed en skep 'n wonderlike atmosfeer met ontbyt en aandete.

Pragtige kamer met stunning uitsig oor die krokodilrivier. Rio Vista is so goed geleë veral as jy op pad na die Kruger Nationale Park is. Ons het gearriveer met 'n karavaan en daar was genoeg plek om die karavaan te berg. Die tuine is baie netjies en die uitsig oor die rivier na die KNP is pragtig. Wat my wel pla is dat daar nie noodligte in die kamers of gange is wat aangaan tydens beurtkrag nie. Ek dink Rio Vista moet beslis daarna kyk om dit gemakliker vir kliënte te maak. Dis nogal baie donker om van die restaurant na mens se kamer te stap. Die kamers was baie skoon, maar die stoepie was nie ordentlik skoongemaak en gevee nie.
