Quiet, private cottage with stunning mountain views at sunset. We loved our stay. The cottage was wonderfully quiet and private, with a lovely sense of seclusion even though it’s just minutes from Route 62 and Barrydale. The mountain views from the bath are incredible, especially at sunset. A perfect place to unwind.

Ideale plek om jou batterye te herlaai en die natuur te geniet. Heerlik gebly. Die cottage het alles wat jy nodig het. Die bad en kaggel is net die regte kombinasie om die koue weg te hou.

Couples retreat. It's really a nice place if you want some quality alone time with your partner. We had such fun in town with the locals; they are all so welcoming and friendly. The cottage is so quiet and peaceful, the owners don't bother you and also keep you updated on the activities happening in the area. There is no television and the network is very weak, but these are things you don't miss when you just want to relax and breathe.

Vreeslik lekker gewees. Die verblyf was baie lekker. Was baie netjies gewees en ons was gereeld gekontak om te hoor of alles nog reg is.

Peaceful and as advertised. We quite enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and different, and the chickens were quite taken in with us, which was quite entertaining. We had the full moon coverage, so the evening was quite lit with a few stars sprinkled here and there. This is definitely a place to go if you want to disconnect and just do nothing. I would recommend a microwave as a convenience, and for the summer, a pool/swimming spot will be a welcome addition.
