Ruby Sands is located in Ballito, a popular town along the Dolphin Coast. This holiday home offers great views of the ocean and is within walking distance from all beaches and local shops and restaurants.

The house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains 1 king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is perfect for 4 children and contains 2 single bunks beds. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards. There is a family bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath and a separate guest toilet.

The well-furnished lounge and dining area has air-conditioning and sliding doors that lead onto a large entertainment area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, an ice machine, a coffee machine, and a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and chest freezer for long stays.

The property has an inverter and runs on solar power during loadshedding, all plugs, fridge, fans, and Wi-Fi. The house has solar geysers and the kitchen has a gas stove top.

Ruby Sands also features a well-manicured garden, swimming pool and braai area with a boma. The property is fully walled and has alarm systems, with automated gates and a garage. Please note Ruby Sands is not a sublet.
